Yoga and Sun Salutations with Yogic Relaxation

We are honored to welcome Andy (Aniruddha) to our center to teach Yoga. He has taught for many years in Houston and ran his own yoga studio there as well. We think you will love his style! This class will be for the 1st 3 Tuesdays in December and the 1st 3 Tuesdays in January.
Yoga will be from 6:00pm - 7:00pm. Guided Relaxation and Heartfulness Meditation from 7:00pm - 7:30pm.

Learn the various postures and flow of Sun Salutation Vinyasa. Boost your body, mind, and spirit with Sun Salutations, and see the difference a few rounds will make in your day! We will round off the practice with additional postures, guided relaxation, and practice of Pranayama or breathing techniques. Andy's goal for this class is to inspire you to begin a daily practice if you don't already have one, and give you tools to increase your own health. This class is for beginners and experienced Yogis alike.

About Andy G.:
Andy has been practicing yoga for several years. He got his 200 hour yoga teacher training with Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhna Samsthna in Houston. Andy believes yoga to be not just a physical practice, and incorporates deep relaxation, pranayama (breathing practice) and meditation into his teaching and practice. He likes to balance dynamic Ashtanga and Hatha yoga with yin yoga and yoga nidra to achieve a balanced mind, body, and spirit.

$50 for 6 weeks or $10 drop-in. Cash or check only please, to be given to Andy.
