STORE MANAGER,

JOB SUMMARY

To recruit, hire, train and manage store personnel to achieve store sales plan, control expenses, and to protect company assets while pursing growth opportunities.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Meet and exceed personal and store sales goal and standards of performance.
  • Provide a fun, full service experience to all customers.
  • Recruit, interview, and hire high caliber employees with in store needs.
  • Train and develop a successful sales team.
  • Provide feedback, coaching, and accountability to all employees.
  • Conduct Monthly Performance Reviews
  • Conduct Monthly Store Meetings
  • Recognize talented staff and develop them for growth within the company.
  • Supervise and manage all aspects of daily store operations.
  • Supervise and manage all aspects of Loss Prevention practices.
  • Plan weekly staffing schedules in compliance with schedules policy.
  • Resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Understand the Journeys culture and demonstrate it to the team.

Assistant Store Manager:

To assist Store Manager and Manager In Training with recruiting, hiring, training and managing store personnel to achieve store and personal sales plan, control expenses, and to protect company assets.

 

SALES ASSOCIATE - JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Meet and exceed personal sales goal and standards of performance.
  • Be aware of store sales goal.
  • Provide a fun, full service experience to all customers.
  • Complete all point of sale functions as required.
  • Complete all assigned tasks and responsibilities promptly.
  • Perform all Operational/Loss Prevention procedures accurately according to policies.
  • Maintain store appearance and stockroom organization.
  • Effectively communicate all store needs to management
  • Stay informed of current fashion trends.
  • Complete all required training.
  • Understand the Journeys culture and demonstrate it to the team.

 

 

SALES LEAD, 

JOB SUMMARY

  • To assist store management with basic store operations, developing of associates, and achieving sales goals and standards of performance (store and personal).

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Meet and exceed personal and store sales goal and standards of performance.
  • Provide a fun, full service experience to all customers.
  • Assist in training and developing a successful sales team.
  • Perform all opening and closing duties according to company policy
  • Supervise and manage all aspects of daily store operations in Store Management’s absence.
  • Supervise and manage all aspects of Loss Prevention practices in Store Management’s absence.
  • Effectively communicate all store needs to Store Management.
  • Make nightly bank deposits.
  • Complete all assigned tasks and responsibilities promptly.
  • Complete all required training.
  • Understand the Journeys culture and demonstrate it to the team.
  • Resolve customer issues effectively
