First Assistant Manager is responsible for being a service leader in the store by leading team members to deliver a consistent brand experience and provide excellent service to all customers. Contributes to the achievement of store sales goals, visual brand expectations & execution of store operations. Partners with the store leader in recruiting, hiring, developing and scheduling store associates. Responsible for overseeing & managing store and staff in the absence of the store leader.
Areas of Responsibility
First Assistant Manager ensures the successful execution of our customer service philosophy, builds sales through suggestive selling and creating authentic connections, contributes positively to store results, contributes to team experience, leads & contributes to the brand experience. Partners with the store leader in hiring, developing & scheduling store associates, consistently works scheduled shifts and maintains a flexible schedule to meet store needs, adheres to & enforces all company policies, procedures, safety practices & loss prevention procedures.
